Assuming it’s not that extremely moist, I think it’s mycelium. As a good rule of thumb, White & stringy (as in web like) = mycelium. Colored and fuzzy = moldy. It can be hard to tell when it’s this early, but it looks good imo. If it’s mycelium it should be more clear within a week though!
