Here Be Dragons: In a nutshell, after a long but interesting event chain, you gain a quite powerful Leviathan, and you can build up to 10 dragon hatchlings for navy. The dragon hatchlings are like neturon launcher battleships but weaker, cost rare resources to build (so not too cheap).
